I truly believe that a fired coach should NOT get a ring.
He was a problem that was potentially not going to allow a chip.

The Cav's franchise is probably doing this to make coaches think that their organization has compassion and honor , and that is bull shit when you are spending a ton of money to make chemistry work in an organization.
