There's a truth to that. Unless it's your job to debate politics them I don't see the point in constantly engaging the conversation. I feel everybody should be informed and caught up with each candidate so they can make a decision. And you'll have something to say when it inevitably cones up in conversation. Other than that there are more important endeavors that most of us want to pursue. Going back and forth about politics all day is a waste of time you could be spending doing something uniquely valuable to your situation. Whether you wanna be a bodybuilder or anot accountant. You must attack your goals with great focus and ferocity each and every day and slowly chip away to unlock your true potential.

Get into a sensory deprivation tank at least once every month. No distractions. Just you and your thoughts. Sort through the issues. Free yourself from doubt. Stay disciplined in your pursuit, and let loose once in a while. Or regularly. Whatever works. Whatever keeps you on the grind. Be in the zone all the time.
