He was already president. If that video had come out while he was running in 91-92 election cycle or even 95-96 cycle, he would have been finished. It didn't though. It was not all public knowledge until the Lewinsky scandal in 1998. Before that, only his closest family/friends, secret service, his staff members, and women who he slept with knew (the women were all paid off though).

Trump is just running.

Bill is a "can do" type of person, that is why he made a wonderful president. Trump is a "say I can do" type of person, he will not make a good president at all. Bill wouldn't just talk about grabbing *******. He would go out and do it and be successful. He never had to strike out while "taking them furniture shopping" either.
