Is Paul Millsap the most underrated player in the NBA?

wow actually kind of agree with you even though it's most likely someone a little less proven. He was fantastic as a 2 way guy for the Hawks when everyone else especially teague and korver got worse. The playoffs absolutely hurt but the Hawks defense's one weakness was giving up 3's and that's terrible vs Cleveland.

Personally, I don't think he is the least bit underrated. He just doesn't get talked about a ton because he plays for the Hawks.

millsap is more savvy on the block, scoring.. but dray offers a whole nother package in terms of aggressive defense, shotblocking, running full court as ballhandler, dishing, and general motor / energy .. millsap is like a poor mans Love imo.

Millsap is a better regular season defender than Love, puts in more effort than most players like the hawks as a whole usually do there .. but get torched in the playoffs regardless and always underperform.

Just because Love had one good defensive sequence against Curry in the Finals, doesn't mean he is a good defender all of a sudden. Millsap is one of the best defender at his position. Millsap's. It can be argued that Kevin Love is a better passer, scorer, and rebounder. Paul's got defense.. it's not unreasonable at all to think Kevin Love as a talent and player is better than Millsap...

Kevin Love is a better rebounder but Millsap is a much more efficient scorer with on one like LeBron to create shots for him and Millsap is arguably the better passer. However, their defense is so far apart it's a joke to even consider Love better at this point...

Paul Millsap is not underrated. He's been ranked in the top 15 in every pre-season ranking I've seen, and honestly, I don't really buy it. I'd say he's a top 20 player.

Agreed with those two. A lot of casual NBA fans may not even know who Middleton is, yet he was probably one of the 10 best players in the league under 25 last year.

I would agree on Bradley. Middleton gets love from pretty much every hardcore fan now so he's starting to be not underrated anymore.
