Timberwolves, Blazers, Lakers, Nuggets, and Sixers. Who will be the best upcoming team.
My pick is the Timberwolves. They have a great coach is is known defensive minded coach who gets his players to work hard. They have a ROY in Towns/Wiggins. They already had a top 15 offense last year even with all the problems last season.

If the Sixers get healthy, lol, they will blow everyone away.

Sixers are loaded with prospective bigs, Minny has the more well rounded group of young players.

KAT, Wiggins, Lavine, Dunn, Dieng, and Rubio have way more upside though

for real future i agree .. but OP seems to be implying this season. i just trust the experience of guys who led teams to the playoffs before, and out west no less.. over guys who have yet to do it. twolves should be great though

I think Knight will be traded this season. And Ulis will be surprising people.
Not sold on Dragan, but Chriss will be playing significant minutes for him to contribute.
Then you still have TJ Warren, Alex Len, Bledsoe who is still 26.
The Suns are definitely one of the up and coming teams with Booker leading the way.

Easily the Wolves. Wiggins and LaVine are both 21, KAT and Tyus Jones are both 20 and Dunn is 22.

L.A
Philly/Nuggets/PHX can be moved around for me. Pretty close. L.A isn't a distance 5th or anything but don't like them above the other 3. Teams like Portland/Utah/NOLA are much further along in there rebuilds. There youth is more supporting pieces around prime guys. They are ahead right now if you were to include them for this season tho.

Celtics are by far the best young team. Most of their rotation players are around 25 years old. Horford is their oldest player at 30. Pretty impressive for a ~50 win team that improved over the offseason.

Timberwolves because its all starting to come together
76ers have a very high ceiling, I believe, but a lot has to go there way
- Embiid stays healthy
- Get a good deal for Okafor/Noel
- Simmons comes back full strength next season & develops a better jump shot
- They get a top 3 pick in the 2017 draft and pick someone based on fit backcourt shooting)
If they play 1 in 4 out, with Embiid in the low post, and surround him with shooters, along with a playmaker like Simmons, they could be huge in 2-4 years.

They are a very good team.
But they aren't the best "young team"
