NYT is gonna apologize and settle. They don't want to go to court. In court, they'll have to admit to coordination with the Clinton Campaign. Once that's admitted in public, the NYT is over.

Depends on what the suit is about.

If the suit was about publishing or implying that he is working with Russia/wikileaks to undermine the US government/election, he should sue over that. That's a ridiculous claim. If they actually thought he was doing that, dude would probably be put in jail.

Just that places published that 'news' in favorable light makes them subject to lawsuits, I think.

If he's basing it on their media coverage being Pro Hillary, you can prove it, but it's not something that will matter, IMO.
