Thank god! ESPN is getting worse and worse, but at least now we won't have to see Broussard and his sauces. Does FS1 even have an NBA team? Will he be their only insider/commentator/anything?

Safe to say no one gives a sht about Chris Broussard:facepalm Maybe except for his mom

But Skip Bayless, then Colin Cowherd, now Chris Broussard. Seems to be a trend here.

I don't think FS1 even has an NBA show. What exactly is Broussard gonna bring to the table?

That's not true. He brought a great comedy aspect to EPSN.

Good for Chris.

Always thought very highly of Broussard's professionalism and felt he was objective. He had a ton of charisma obviously.. his TV presence was undeniable.

Gonna miss him.

They are outbidding ESPN in the hope that the media stars they bring in will drag fans with them. Stealing Bayless to take on First Take may not work but it makes sense. I doubt many people care who brings them their inaccurate trade rumors though, so I doubt Broussard moving makes any difference.

It's going to take time but they are primarily focusing on football. Getting Shannon Sharpe allowed them to really get a stronger hold of football related personnel.

First Take is still preferable for Basketball because SAS and Max actually have a better chemistry for that.

FS1 must be spending big bucks to bring Cowherd, Skip and Chris. I think they are spending to become a bigger rival to ESPN. I feel ESPN brand is so huge it won't take away much even with these big names leaving.
