My father always liked them sunny side up , so 1/2 of the egg was all most raw.
I was forced to eat that gag shIt.

So now I want them flipped, and well done.
Not much of an egg eater , but my omelets are top flight.

About as simple as one when it comes to culinary taste.

Another decent poast.

Too bad your deep rooted racism and intolerance blinds you.

Sunny side up, with bacon on toast. Like to go all out some times and add hashbrowns, sausage and maple syrup covered pancakes or waffles.

i think my mom's is better but i had to learn to make my own when i moved out. it's pretty simple really, some basic ingredients, throw it into a blender and you'll have some fresh salsa.

i definitely would recommend you try some with eggs. i can give you the recipe for the salsa, i have it written down somewhere in my kitchen. also good for chips or tacos.

I don't like tomato-y flavour with my eggs, only salt, pepper, bacon grease.

Would love to get any salsa, chilli or guac recipes you got. Been on a corn chip kick lately, but store bought salsa ain't cut it.

Hey man, I would really appreciate if you shared your salsa recipe. I love that stuff and can't get enough!

Best eggs are scrambled with frijoles (refried beans), corn Tortillas and Tapatio hot sauce. I'd eat that for breakfast, lunch and dinner if only I could make good refried beans like the Mexican joints.

:applause:

there are many great ways to prepare eggs, and all 4 of these are legit.

my favorite is poached, but unless its a special occasion or specific dish that requires poached, i almost always go over easy when im cooking since its so much less effort.

Stove top with a bit of water mixed into it.

But my favorite wasn't prepared by me. It's actually greek street food. They use a pastry dough and cook the egg in it (like a tortilla) and they put feta cheese and spinach and make it into a roll. Pretty damn good...
