You have dough, sauce and cheese. Maybe pepperoni.

You start getting into throwing chunks of chicken and hot sauce on there, might as well get a burrito or sandwich. That's my take.

you can either pay other people to make it for you, with mixed results, or you can jump in and have some fun, being able to control every little bit of the process and ingredients.

that said, making good pizza requires an apprenticeship of hard work, effort and time. and unless you have a wood-fired brick oven, it starts with a pizza steel.

I once took an out of town guy to Luzzo's and a week later he called me to tell me he hated me because he could no longer eat pizza in Atlanta.

Y'all ever try to make your own pizza? I tried, it was tasty. Sauce + cheese on a pita and popped it in toaster oven for a few mins. It was easy. Obviously it doesn't compare to the pizza you get at pizzerias, but that's what I was craving today. Went into my fridge and was disappointed the cheese went bad :oldlol:

I haven't had pizza in months since I gave up dairy. Probably one of the few things I miss. Dairy is shit tho.

Anyone have an idea how to make a good pizza w/ out milk/cheese? I'm not an extremely thorough cook, but I need something other than just crust/sauce/topping and everything I can think of sounds super nasty.
