Not disagreeing with you, but the reality has been that the + / - stat is without question, a worthless stat.

+/- is not an individual based stat and there's so many variables that can influence it that's it's retarded to use it as a reference of the players effect on the game

I guess Noah was the most valuable starter on the Knicks because his +/- was the highest.
