Luke Walton is the best coach right now

its too soon. he needs to be put in situations where he has to out coach the other guy. get the right match ups and plays to over come close games. time will tell.

Walton is good at creating a fun atmosphere where players feel good about the game, play together, move without the ball, etc.

Some say the Warriors were better under Walton than Kerr.

But in the second round and beyond... when you have to make tough decisions, think on your feet, and make sure your guys know what they're doing on defense, I want Kerr. Walton's Lakers are fun but they play no defense whatsoever.

Walton is a GOAT-level coach. I was saying it all last season.

Dubs had a far better win record under him than Kerr (especially if you include postseason :facepalm ).

We will wait to see what he can do with this Lakers squad but I'm expecting great things.
