Try not to pick your own team.
And fans in general, not specficialyl on ISH.

I think it's up between Celtics (Have you seen their home games? damn)
And maybe Dallas. I think Dallas constantly sells out and I feel like their atmosphere is really good for a Middle tier team.

I'd have to go with the fanbases from major cities.

I watched the OKC/Philly game and that place looked LIT. Philly seems like a good place to catch a game when the team is good.

New York (Knicks)
Boston
Chicago
Lakers
and of course the Warriors in my opinion have the best fans in the NBA.

But don't take my word for it, lets just read what Bill Simmons has to say. . (http://proxy.espn.com/espn/page2/blog/index?name=simmons&entryDate=20070503)

Honestly, I really enjoyed the crowd (sans the doctor who flipped off WB) during the OKC game. I'm glad their team is finally coming along. They're going to be even more fun to watch once Simmons is back and Embiid has his minute limit lifted.

There's a lot of teams with good crowds, but Portland and Toronto are the first two teams that come to mind.

When the team is promising. Embiid was a huge factor in the attendance. Ben Simmons would've added to it if not had the same impact if say Embiid didn't play. Team is not good yet. But that kind of crowd/energy hasn't been seen since Iverson days.

Lakers, but that's biased.

Toronto
Cleveland (although the whole "decision" burning jerseys crap was a bit overboard)
Golden State (before the bandwagoners, think circa 2007-2014)
Portland

Well done ....

As of right now I 'd still say Warriors, Cav's and the diehard Spur fans.

Portland still in top 10 and Boston.... Indy at times but quiet in other times..
