LeBron's "great" chase-down block in G7 was OVERRATED. J.R. Smith made Iggy double-clutch, pause, forget about dunking. Sitting duck for LBJ

It's such bullshit though. Skip is so blatantly a Lebron hater how can you take him seriously?
There are VERY few people in the league, if any, that have the combination of athleticism and wherewithal to make that play. ESPECIALLY in that situation. That was a great player making an absolutely great play

That's cool.
Secretly Skip loves Lebron. Lebron has earned him millions of dollars. He also loves Tebow for the same reason.

I think Bayless credibility was buried long time ago. But he did make ton of millions by hating on Lebron, I doubt he really believes the things he says but what he says brought him ton of money.

LeBron still had to leap off one leg from damn near the free throw line AND time the swat and he did. I cant stand lbj but damn I have to give him credit.....that block could have only been achieved by a select few of athletes.
bo Jackson
LeBron
Jordan
deion sanders
like yea those type of athletes.

Jordan played 15 seasons and never came close to a block like that. Safe to say he ISN'T that type of athlete. The other two guys you mentioned are midgets. (by NBA standards) Therefore concluding that LeBron is the only athlete in history capable of that block.

It has something to do with being able to execute that block you ****ing retard.

It was a great block, come on. :lol In terms of impact on a championship, it's hard to come up with a better/more impressive block all-time.
Of course Iggy had to account for JR Smith defensively, that doesn't change the athleticism, speed and timing that the block required. Even if you hate LeBron you have to admit it was one of the single best and more important defensive plays ever.

plus the mentality to time it perfectly.
It's a must combination to have. Don't know of any examples who have done like James has...... multiple times.

Yes it does...
Is it more impressive to see a 5'9" 190 lb Nate Robinson jump 40+ inches or a 6'8" 250 pound LeBron do the same?

None of the athletes could achieved the block because they simply don't have the size. Nobody's questioning their athleticism, ****ing retard.

But meanwhile, you're claiming that a 6'1" Bo Jackson is the type of athlete that would be able to replicate the same feat as LeBron, even though he doesn't have the height for it :facepalm they go hand in hand.

Outside of maybe John Wall I'm not seeing anyone managing that play other then Lebron James.
Westbrook imo would foul, he often seems to go too hard when things get tight, a opposed to Lebron's way of being more in control yet still explosive af.
In our league right now? Just him and John Wall I think would cover that much space, and stay airborn long enough to pin that shot in time.
Ibaka/AD comes to mind as good shot blockers who can also run the floor, but I doubt either of them makes it in time.
J.R smith gave the absolute assist on it, I remember watching and thinking 'Omg how did he not foul!'' and then I saw that Lebron was swooping in, probably JR heard him coming, or else in his position I would foul in transition and hope Iggy to go 1/2 at the line.

are you really this dumb? you mean to tell me a super athletic guy that was 6 feet even couldn't have because he would "needed" to be 6'8 in order to block a shot that required...SPEED,TIMING AND MUSCLE MEMORY...WHILE HAVING A 40 PLUS INCH VERTICAL??? I SWEAR ITS SO MANY IDIOTS ON HERE. LMAO.
