Thompson/Noel
Love/Frye
Lebron/Jefferson
JR Smith/Assleavy
Kyrie Irving/Kay Fedler

Cavs dont need to look for point guard, because Lebron can play point guard .
Can run Lebron at the point, if Kyrie is resting.

Why would Philly do this

Why would Philly do this

Philly need to get rid of him for something before he walks.

should get way better offers than a trash SG and a trash pick though.

they would not do, Celtics could give a better package

okay, so aside from running Kyrie into the ground, you also want to run Lebron into the ground?

the reason Cavs need a back up PG bad is so it can rest Kyrie and Lebron more. not give them more playing time. idiot.

Philly should look to get someone else besides a 27-30 pick and Iman.

I'm still baffled as to why the Cavs are running Shumpert at back up PG, dude can barely dribble a basketball. Losing Delly really messed up their rotation.

Shumpert sucks, so that's a lopsided pick.

However the cavs need a backup PG badly.

No way in hell Philly does that trade. They are still in the driver's seat because Noel's value is high, no need to dish him for s***.

We have one in Kay Felder.

We have one in Kay Felder.

He's a rookie. You can't count on him to run an effective offense especially in the postseason, not yet.

well, what other choices do the Cavs have? they're not exactly overflowing with PGs, are they?

He is a FA at the end of the season AND he is injured and will miss the next mo after a knee surgery. Please explain all this leverage they have. Because I don't see ANY.

why would cleveland do this?
they already have tristan who they just paid a fortune. what they need is more players in back court.

The Cavs cannot trade Shump without getting a defensive wing player in return. Besides, I have a hard time envisioning Noel as being ready to really contribute in the kinds of games the Cavs are priming their roster for. Is he a guy who is physically and mentally ready to step into an ECF or Finals game and make a big contribution?

The trade makes no sense for either team tbh.

Shumpert is a great player. This is a fair move for both sides.

Oh, one other thing... the Cavs are not allowed to trade their 2017 1st round pick. They've reached the point where the Stepien Rule has taken effect.
