I think they're using the block as an example of when you 'shouldn't be there'. I don't think anyone thought it was possible for him to cover all that distance and time the block just right.

It's not about LeBron actually being in the NBA, although despite the genetic gifts he had, it's still extremely unlikely for him to end up being as good as he is considering his background.

Essentially he's using the block as inspiration for talentless midgets to keep playing ball.
