I think the hate on Curry's defense is unwarranted. All the advanced stats say he's an above average defender. He always plays defense, you'll never see him take a play off. He might not be the best defender, but he's not a bad one.

If you're not a long athletic player and can score at an elite level there's this stereotype you get placed in. I've seen people call KD, Melo and Curry all bad defenders when none of them are even bad.
