O'Quinn is a grim reminder of a much dumber Knick team. But he's trade worthy ...

It's more likely Jax wants Melo gone more than Melo wants to go. Melo sees what most of us do in KP. I could see Jax trading Melo for picks unless they get it together soon. Melo will not be traded to an Eastern team - you can book that.

I think in the end he'll be a Clip (before deadline) and i think Doc will send Reddik/expirings and picks to NYK.

its not even up for disussion, if youre a Knicks fan you want to dump Melo now, get expirings/picks from the Melo trade, skunk the season, multiple top picks, dont resign Rose and with 48m? off the books - shoot for Curry/Blake, THEN acquire a couple bench vets (tony allen - korver). But still you need to get someone to stop Lebron in the East, so shoot for 2 way players
