Why are the Bulls always on national TV?

I'm getting pretty sick of this franchise. They are one of the most boring teams in the league, yet just like the knicks they're constantly featured on ESPN and TNT.

Same with the Celtics. Boring team, shitty style of basketball, yet they're always on national TV.
