Cant believe so many posters thought this kid would be good. I was calling him a bust since day one. He is the worst player in the NBA to get big minutes, easily.

I won't call him a bust, but he is shooting poorly this season.

A 20 y/o can't be a bust in his sophomore season. On top of that, he was the 7th pick.

He's still 20 years old. Gotta wait like 2-3 seasons before the bust talk.

give him some time...its always tough for pgs who come into the league with no offensive prowess. ALWAYS......give him some time to try and get a jumper or at least build some type of offensive skills...still a very raw player...has the size and athleticism to be a force though

Same problems he had last year. Just takes difficult shots and can't finish the easy layups inside. His FG% is down but he's improved abit because of 3's/FT's. He's jacking up 4.2 a game and making 1.4. Kinda impressive given how ugly his jumper can be.

His court vision is amazing but he refuses to use it this season and just wants to be a scorer. He's 20 & skipped college to go oversea's and ended up getting hurt. He's 7 games removed from being a guy who went straight from HS to the NBA experience wise.

He's still got lots of potential but him busting is obviously a very real possibility. I could see him going the Billups/Lowry route and becoming a really good player later in his career after struggling early on. He's got a relentless confidence about his game, seems to have a great work ethic, he's just raw offensively and isn't playing within his game. He occasionally flashes big time potential but than just reverts back to being awful. Really inconsistent scoring the ball.

That's why to early to say that. He's second year player give at least couple more seasons to prove himself before claiming him a bust.

Reminds me a lot of Brandon Jennings... will stick around, but won't wow anyone regularly.

He has good potential. I still like him over D. Bustell (D. Booker obviously shits on both)

D'Bustello Bustell?
aka 'Angel ?

Half of me has been rooting for this kid since college. The other half of me wants to see him fail so I can use these gems :lol

Everytime I've watched the Nuggets play this year he was absolutely horrible. I didn't get a feeling his court vision was good. He was missing cutters wide open, failed to deliver the ball to the post or didn't recognize the high low action. And his shot selection is terrible, he shouldn't be taking any shots 6 seconds in their offense.

His defense was bad as well. He looks like he has no awareness at all. People cutting him backdoor while he's looking at the ball, fails to communicate on off ball screens, goes under screens when he's defending shooters...

He's a great athlete and he's got a potential to be good, but he has to learn how to play some basketball.
