Would be better if Capela fell instead of Westbrook.

Westbrook is coming from out of bounds. Doesnt he need to re-establish himself before he can touch the ball? I don't think he got both feet in bounds before he touched the ball.

You are right. I just watched it over and over, and pausing frequently to see what happened. I'm pretty sure his right foot is out, he steps in with his left, receives the ball shortly before his right foot touches the court inbounds. However, like I said, it took me watch over and over with the ability to pause to see this, so it is hard to blame the refs. Maybe it would have been different with the view the refs had, but Westbrook is so fast it is hard to see it in real time, and I don't think refs should make calls that they think they saw.

Upon watching, I thought immediately he was out of bounds, but it took a few times in slow motion to see it.

*just to make sure, whats the rule? You need to get both feet in bounds to re-establish right?
