SNL is a reflection of what is going on in society. You could say SNL is wrong, or you could look at it as society being wrong and SNL just reflecting that. All the media and social media was claiming a huge lead for Hillary, so of course SNL reflected that. Unfortunately, the media, social media, and therefore SNL, were wrong about the actual outcome.

Exactly. Everyone knew America had its constituency of white trash, although the more educated and civilized people from California and NYC underestimated the prevalence of the white trash constituency.

Poor Kevin. He had a nice cushy government job lined up in the Clinton administration. Now he has nothing to do but troll ISH with alt accounts.

This is the mindset that caused the loss. You will never win anyone over by talking like that. :hammerhead:

What is with people saying I have alt accounts? Is that the go to if somebody doesn't agree with you? They are all 1 person?

Isn't Kate a lesbo?
Yes. She is also not remotely funny and so broad that even children would think she's hacky.

Didn't they let Trump host?
Also, they struggled to find a guy to play Trump after the guy who did it the year before left the show. They had to recruit Alec Baldwin.
Why are right wing people so upset at comedians, it is no secret that the right provide better comedic fodder than the left does.

i'm not alt-right like you guys or repo or demo but I noticed this too. they were so sure Hillary was going to win. baldwin does an excellent trump though. nobody else should he allowed to do it.
they didn't even do a trump/hillary skit post election on the dave chappelle episode! seemed like they really dropped the ball there.

They actually stopped having Teran Killam do Trump even before he left. They had Darrell Hammond reprise his Trump impersonation, who still works for the show. I think they brought in Baldwin because he would do a meaner Trump than Hammond's, who was more jolly with his interpretation.
