What the hell happened overnight? When he was in Cleveland, people were calling him one of the best defensive point guards in the league, but now it looks like the Bucks are fcuked with him and his contract. Is he playing through injuries? Is Jason Kidd mishandling him?

He started the season so well, I thought the Bucks had somehow seen something in him that no one else saw. After 6 games he was going at 10.2ppg, 5.5apg and .500fg%. Maybe his first fortnight was an anomaly, or maybe he's currently in a short term shooting slump, who knows. But he's still creating well and protecting the ball, going and 7.2apg and only 2.0tov in these last 5 games... He just can't buy a bucket.

But he's never been a scorer. He's a decent enough three point shooter, but apart from that and his dinky little floaters, he doesn't really have any other scoring options. If he provides good defensive intensity, and 6-7 assists with low turnovers, he's doing his job I think. Any points he gets are a bonus.

Part of it is the way he fits into the offense. When with the Cavs he was called on to play hard-nose defense, and pass the ball to open shooters while also being able to knock down open shots. He doesn't have Irving, LeBron and Love to command attention playing with the Bucks.
