But seriously, CBA teams are only allowed 2 foreign players per team, and I believe only 1 foreign player is allowed to play in the 4th quarter.

I think they actually have Samuel Dalembert on their squad who is their second leading scorer with like 16 per game.

And I had no clue about that rule but it looks like that is true. Only one foriegn player is allowed on the court at one time in the 4th quarter, so they can at least sub in for one another.
