Later so i dont have to listen to christmas music for another ****ing month. I think of the Holidays as between Thanksgiving and New Years. It's already diluted, there's no way in hell i want to further dilute it by a month. And the Holidays are always associated with the cold, so November is better IMO.

Thursday is best since you'll likely get friday off as well and wednesday off at noon.
