I played on a 10 foot 3 rim. It made my layups challenging and my dunk even harder. It takes about 10 6 to pull off a very rudimentary dunk. I barely was getting my hand over.

If they ever considered raising the rim...it would be 10 3 and even then that height wouldn't impact lebron Durant lavine Westbrook etc.. it would add more arc on the shot. It would hurt below the rim guys because you'd have to jump 3 to 5 inches higher than usual to pull off your layups.
