In my opinion '16-'17 Nick Young is undoubtely better than '15-'16 Kobe.
A much more efficient scorer, incomparably better defender, less of a ball stopper, and he is helping the team to play to its potential.
However, there would be fans who would say otherwise - Oh my gawd 60 points in the last game? Why didn't he play for 10 more years etc etc.

What do you guys all think?

2016 Kobe is the worst player in nba history. Nobody has ever played that badly while using that may possessions, in nba history.

By default, any other season is better.

I'd still chose Goatbe for the last shot.

You guys ripping on a guy in his 20th season after several major injuries is kinda lame.

Weak move guys.

You've got plenty of things to discuss in your relentless Kobe-bashing.

But you pick age and peformance on the 20th season?
That's just silly.
Lengthy career is not something to frown at.
And it's not like the guy didn't announce his retirement before midseason once he saw he's not back to his pre-injury self.

He did the right thing and announced retirement as soon as it was evident that he's not going to regain his pre-injuries level.

Bash his farewell trip, bash his final game, but the guy had a hell of a career. Bashing his 20th season is a weak argument. That's all.

He was comparing Kobe's 2016 season specifically. What do you want people to do - sugar-coat how abysmal he was?
