Well, I don't think it helps the Magic decided to play Gordon at SF. He's obviously a tweener that is more geared for PF. They're basically playing 3 bigs out there with Vuvecic, Gordon and Ibaka and sometimes Jeff Green.

Vuvecic and Ibaka need to start together and Ibaka needs to be the full-time stretch 4. He's not right now. Ibaka in the post this season has been horrible.

If you want your young guys to have any level of success you need to put them in positions to succeed. And playing Gordon as a wing when he is clearly a 4 has been idiotic. This is why it was so weird for them to go out and get Biyombo and Ibaka.
