Let me start off by saying I'm 5'7, 145LBS in shape and just on the verge of dunking, it's just... I need a little extra to get me over the hump. Any tips?

I remember when I was at your point, it so aggravating to be so close to dunking and can do make it go down.
I found what really helped me were doing a lot of body weight exercises every day and of course or two off days. I can give you some of the excerises that I did.

1. Hill sprints
2. Calf raises 100 reps x 3 sets
3. Jump rope 100 reps x 3 sets
4. Box jumps 10 reps x 3 sets
5. Burpees 15 reps x 3 sets

This got me to dunk within a few weeks, but I did a jump training which gave me an extra 10 inches on my vertical. I will leave a link to a review I found. https://basketballmentality.com/vert-shock-review/ Hopefully this helps and you are dunking soon.
