LeBron and his "posse" couldn't handle Phil Jackson (http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/18055626/lebron-james-cleveland-cavaliers-slams-phil-jackson-referring-business-partners-posse) .. yet according to multiple saurces bff media fanboy "LeBron is gangsta" (https://youtu.be/3I-UOU-OBEA?t=388).. when in reality dude is soft like charmin tbqh :lol

lebron would get that old slave owner white devil fired and replace him with a younger tyron lue if he had phil earlier in his career

he can't play off the ball or follow an offensive system so the triangle would be useless to a guy like lebron

Kobe missed the playoffs in his prime with Lamar Odom and Caron Butler (two players better than anyone LeBron has). Before you say "b-b-buh-but injuries" the Lakers were 28-38 in the games Kobe played.

Not sure why you think it reflects poorly on LeBron that his current team can't win without him. It's the opposite. They were the 4 seed before he went down.

most of those losses with kobe came at the very end when they were basically tanking

Pat Riley??? You know, the guy that led the showtime Lakers to 4 championships? How about D-Wade to mentor him as well?

Lebron was nothing but a loser that couldn't even beat the Dwight Howard Orlando Magic, who failed to make the Finals twice in a row on 60+ win teams in the weak EC.

Lebron seems to really only most likely respect Popavich as a coach. Doc Rivers would probably be another coach he'd play for.

He wants to be the project manager/architect which is why he's the best floor raiser in the NBA.

So many of you hate the man emotionally which to me is more alarming than trolling.

He plays basketball like a CEO while Jordan and Kobe played ball like the top salesmen.

What difference does the coaching make, if lebron refuses every system that is offered to him?

Lebron refused to run the system that Blatt offered him because he wanted to keep dominating the ball and playing the way he liked.
Those are the facts:

"They have completely abandoned his offensive system. LeBron has taken over point guard without even consulting David Blatt.”

https://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/12/lebron-james-cleveland-cavaliers-david-blatt-rift

Imagine if MJ's skillset was too ball-dominant for a system - he would've rejected Phil's unproven, quirky little triangle system just like lebron did Blatt's system..

Fortunately, MJ was much more skilled, so he sacrificed and agreed to get his stats within a strict system, so teammates could thrive and have something to run if he was ever out.. MJ's game allowed the system and 6/6.. nothing else

Ultimately, lebron's weaker championship record didn't reflect lack of personal or supporting talent, but an approach to the game that didn't yield the best offenses, brand of ball, and teams of his era.. this causes all the underdog talk, and subsequent attempts to change the goat criteria away from winning, into losing but "carrying" a team

Pat Riley was a color commentator and assistant coach before coaching Magic and Kareem.

Phil Jackson was a CBA coach and assistant coach before coaching Michael Jordan.

Greg Popovich was an assistant coach before coaching Tim Duncan.

None of those guys were legends when they took over but they were given a shot to succeed. And the stars listened and cooperated. The result? They are responsible for over 20 titles between the three of them.

If you're a super star player, certain coaches can get the best out of you. Lebron isn't rocking the boat with Popavich. Popavich is essentially Pat Riley of Miami but he still does head coaching.

If you have a substitute teacher (Lue) or egg head (Stevens), I think his personality clashes if there's no respect, fear, toward a coach.

Again, he plays basketball like a CEO while Jordan and Kobe played like top salespeople.

No Lebron plays like a diva who must have everything his way.
