That's actually a foul if you pay attention.. Mudiay wacked him in the arm with his off-hand. Those are the type of fouls that go unnoticed by casual fans (as well as referees).

Reminiscent of 08 Celtics (pre-additional replays) with their jujitsu defensive schemes.

Looks like a foul to me when he reached backwards and slapped his arm when he was going up to shoot. He has a gripe for sure on this play and it was pretty slick by the defender lol.

It clearly went off Klay but I guess ref swallowed his whistle on the foul and gave them the ball

Looks like the defender hits his elbow after he passes him as Klay's going through the shooting motion.

I was thinking that right away as well, the ref is literally looking right at it and doesn't see it (hard to blame him on something like that going full speed though, I'd say the ref was likely looking at Klays feet once it was obvious the defender was flying by him).
The defender definitely got the better of Klay and the Ref on that play.
