This stupid son of a bitch missed FIVE step back threes in a close ass game in the last three minutes.

You do NOT need threes, you f ucking moron!

He does this every playoffs, too.

So overrated.

The reason why I will never take him seriously during the regular season. :oldlol:

He will again get exposed when threes ain't falling. :facepalm

Playoffs preview.

His game is very one dimensional. It's one thing he gets a ridiculous amount of calls, he actually gets a away with hooking defenders and blatantly pushing off with his forearm on those stepbacks.

42/11/6.

Playing no help.

He has to chuck way more than usual right now because Paul and Gordon are out. This literally has ZERO bearing on the playoffs. :oldlol: :oldlol:

He was trying to get the call so he could go to the line.

He already went to the line 4 times off of a three point shot. The refs probably forgot this was a regular season game and not a playoff game and swallowed their whistles and Harden looked like he usually does in the playoffs.

A choking chucker

Meaningless regular season numbers at the expense of the team.

You actually think a box score represents winning and successful basketball, but that's the only consolation prize you'll be getting.

Harden will choke every year when it counts and even when it doesn't.

You expect him to make every single clutch shot. That's your problem cause that's not gonna happen, and you can say that for every superstar in history. There were plenty of times where Kobe choked in meaningless regular season games

Yeah dawg, that's why Harden was a +2 in a game they lost by 7. Try that math real quick if you can, Justin.

No, I expect him to stop shooting step back threes when they're not needed.

He does it every playoffs.

He takes the dumbest shots I have ever seen.

Kobe took them in the regular season, but he chilled that shit out in order to win in the playoffs.

Harden has sacrificed his efficiency with Chris Paul out in order for this undermanned team to overcome the crazy odds of beating some of the the best teams in the league. It's remarkable really.

Tonight it just didn't pan out.

They were the reason it was even close? Dude kept them from gaining any momentum when he continued to launch shots from way out there for no reason.

Again people fall in love with this dudes numbers but all I see is a dude that baits officials for calls, COMPLAINS when he isn’t getting the calls and chucks a high volume of shots

I’m amazed he shot over 40 percent this game.
You might not like his game but his tactics are smart. He's doing whatever he can to help his team win and free throws are the easiest points. He obviously knows that, that's why he takes advantage

24 second for the shot clock, this guy possessed the ball for more than 10 seconds, waved off everybody and played isolation and shot a 3.

This is not basketball.

Taking 30 something shots with 15ish threes and 9 turnovers is pretty standard if you look at his game logs. I think hes on pace to narrowly break his own NBA record for turnovers. He turns it over nearly 6 times a game and hes shot 16, 15, 17, and 23 threes his last 4 games. This is how he plays all the time.

Haters only come out when Harden loses. No where to be seen when he was torching teams for the last 2 weeks.

Harden had 10 of the Rockets 12 points during a 12-0 spurt in the 4th quarter to even give them a chance.

I suppose he could have passed it to Eddie House, but neither of his shots were that contested.

Dude had just crossed up Brogdon and sat his ass on the court, but then missed a wide open 3, and when he did take a bad shot in the 4th, he immediately ripped it from Brogdon at half court. Straight up stole his lunch money in the open court.

James Harden has hit 5+ 3-Pointers in ELEVEN straight games; no other player has a streak longer than SEVEN games in NBA history. Hes averaging 40/9/7 on 42/40/88 over his last 14 and playing 40 minutes a night.

Dude is literally doing everything for this team, and is absolutely dominating on the offensive end (and playing good defense), but it wont last. It cant. No player on Earth can keep that up over a season.

Hes just trying to keep it up until CP3 gets back.

The truth is that Harden's style of plays works in the modern NBA, and he's taken over for Curry, Durant, Westbrook and Lebron as the most impactful player in the regular season. This could be the year he breaks through in the playoffs. The Rockets came close last year to beating the Warriors.
