So why did the Cavs go from a Finals team with him to the worst team in professional sports without him??

Shouldn't they have been as good or better without him?

LOL, noone has the guts to answer this

His teams are equal to 1st round western teams by the time he leaves

His teams suck BEFORE he leaves, as the record blowouts demonstrate, where his team wasn't even good enough to finish and gave up before the game was over...

Before lebron left his teams, they had declined each year, eventually suffering record upset (10') or blowout (14', 18') that put the team in rebuild mode regardless of whether he stayed or not.. So they falter without him because they were in rebuild mode BEFORE he left and nowhere near championship caliber - he leaves teams in horrible shape/rebuild mode, so they predictably fall off when he leaves.... And when I say record upset - no one ever lost with two straight, 60-win, 1 seeds

1. all they had to beat was lances pacers, defrozens raps and tatums celtics so 2 allstars and scrubs should probably get to the finals regardless. but they got a ton of help from the refs to make it past game 7 vs indy and boston and probably shouldn't have made out out of the first round

2. both of those allstars are gone and so is the coach and so is jeff green, jr smith, kyle korver, george hill and tristan thompson for half of the year

3. if the lakers lost lebron, kuzma, ingram, hart, lonzo, mcgee and played nothing but bums all year they'd likely be in the same position ...bran ball is a curable disease but nothing can cure a total change over of an entire roster and coaching staff

4. i win again

lebron is the definition of cancer... how badly did the lakers look before kuzma came back to save the season

lebron basically destroyed another franchise and is now reliant on a 1 man show... he turns every team into spectators and they completely lose confidence in themselves

it takes a guy whos willing to put the team on his back and will them to victory to spite what lebrons infectious nature

Why are Lakers winning more with LeBron than they did with Kobe?

They were teams that the spurs/warriors blew out worse than they did anyone else

They essentially equaled 1st round western teams, as their record blowouts to spurs/warrriors underperformed 1st round western teams' losses by extraordinary amount.. so actually, they were much worse than 1st round western teams

Does the east have a great player that is losing their ass like AD and Kuzma?.. if ur a great player in the East, ur almost certainly winning

Because they're forced to tank for a new franchise player, as their best player left them for nothing?

So you’re saying LeBron went all the way to the Finals and almost beat the Warriors in Game 1, yet now the Cavs are the worst team in the league??

Love has played like 4 ****ing games the entire season and they've traded away several players. How do you just ignore that?

They went 0-4 with Love, and 8-28 without him

Yes, thanks for pointing out they had a worse record with Love than without

So if Love was healthy and playing the Cavs would be like 4-36 right now

They have the exact same core as last season + added a top prospect in the draft

They fired their coach and the only other star is injured, what are they supposed to do? Lebron forced the FO to sign TT and JR to big deals, which means they had a top 2 payroll in the league last season and are still heavily over the cap without him and with no room to improve.

They barely scraped together 50 wins last two seasons WITH Lebron, they are forced to tank.

How did they make the Finals last season?

Why are they so bad this season?

And why did Kobe only win 17 games with these Lakers (LeBron has them on a 50 win pace)

Answer without melting down please

Boston missed their two best players & it still came down to a Game 7
Love & Grant Hill bailed out Lebron in a Game 7 against Indiana when he had to leave the game :lol

They miss the Finals if Irving is healthy.

I'm going to venture a bold prediction that the LeBronless SUPERTEAM Cavs aren't going to win 55 games this year. :lol

Unfortunately not every star in the league is blessed with a team strong enough to win 55 games without them. The Jordanless Bulls achieved such a feat, but alas the mighty SUPERTEAM LeBronless Cavs will have to settle for a current 16-win pace.

Lebron contributed to putting MASSIVE L's on a SHITLOAD of player's finals records. 2014 and 2018 finals, specifically were record margin SLAUGHTERS that were embarrassing.

He has made players worse, by definition.

Can't say that Kyrie was ever a part of being buttfcvked like that.

The exact same roster that 3-peated in 93' couldn't win shit in 88' or 89'

MJ built a champion from a lottery team.. so don't hate.. :oldlol:

you WISH lebron could dominate with goat teamwork, so the team could rise high enough to 3-peat/win 55 without him

The only reason he made the Finals was because the best team in the Conference missed it's best two players.

Well I'm not so sure about that but I hope you're not saying Hayward > Horford and Tatum

Secondly, Love was concussed and out for game 7 in Boston. Never Forget that game

Lastly, yes I knew what you meant. You're legit

I wonder if Pippen left in '94 instead of Jordan how much more the wins would have dropped off. I bet it would be more than two.

He was hurt for the first half of 98 and the bulls were the 1 seed

It's intuitive, but maybe still hard to see that 55 wins was a function of having a goat/3-peat team.. again, you wish lebron could dominate with goat teamwork, so the team could rise to the capability of 3-peat/55 wins without him

I think Hayward was better than Horford and Tatum coming into that season and would have been the 2nd most effective player on the team if healthy, we forget he was an efficient 22/5/4 player in Utah that carried them to 51 wins and a Playoff series win as the best player.
