Team clearly built to compliment LeBron's strengths. Nothing but spot up shooters. I think it's pretty obvious LA had known about LeBron's move to LA for a good 3 years now.
Also, INJURIES!!! No Rondo and....no Rondo!!! Guy has missed close to 30 games and LA won at a 50-win pace without him (w/ LeBron), but whatever. Guy's LA's MVP.

Lakers might actually be worse than the Cavs
Both terrible

Can't really tell with other players also injured, plus with Lebron getting injured when the Lakers schedule got harder.

Blown out by Jazz missing: Exum, Rubio, Neto, Allen, Bradley and Sefolosha
Lakers missing: Rondo
Lost to Knicks, Wolves, Kings, Jazz by 10+
You're not really good at this :lol

Is Simon really asking why the Lakers miss the highest paid player on the roster?

As if any team performs fine while missing several key players (starters at that), specially multiple ones like the Lakers.
In very few instances, very few teams roll well without key pieces. Teams that usually do so are capable of "plug and play" personal if you will .......majority of the time due to good coaching and the system in place.... in this rare instance if the team is in a good groove before the key pieces miss some games you can see instances where said teams can keep performing somewhat well.......but it's not the norm, not by a long shot. Given the fact that Lebron's teams are Lebron ball centric where he completely runs the offense through him - monopoly like.... even more so.
Now OP is obviously used to having his wheelchair keep rolling after missing some spokes. Were OP to ever lift his @ss off and get into a car he would know that a motor missing a piston runs nowhere.

Yeh OP, it's not necessarily they struggle without Lebron, Lakers just suck in general
This is who they are, this is who they were the past 4 years. Garbagio

It's pretty scary at this point. They won 35 last year WITH Lopez and Randle.
This year the Bronless Lakers are on pace for 27 wins (3-6) yikes

I just want to say congratulations on having the most cringe worthy avatar I've ever seen in the history of the internet. Really... bravo. Well done, well done. I mean, you really have to be a special combination of idiot and child to pull something like that off.

I know right, if only Bron had a team that stacked. He'd never lose.
Bron Lakers were on a 48 win pace before he got hurt.

But I was told Kuzma, Ingram and Ball were “superstars” without LeBron.

the bran stan argument was that if he ever went west, he'd have a much better team than he had out east, and thus have same or better odds of ultimate success....
How's that going?

He was on pace for 48 this year
Sounds about the same to me :confusedshrug:
