Best place to visit in California?

Considering to do a trip here this year for vacation. Any advice?

broooo, do you and your wife like nature? cuz there is yosemite and sequoa national park (big/thicc trees).

as far as cities, LA is definitely your place. has all the theme parks, food (all types), beaches, etc.

don't let anyone try to tell you SF is better than LA, it's not.

I lived briefly in SD. I wasn't crazy about it. I spent a long weekend in LA, mostly for a USC game. I've done 3 weeklong trips to SF, and love that city. But it's just more my scene. And u hate beaches, so I'm less inclined to like the more southern areas.

I personally loved SD when I visited from MA, but I don't know about living there especially if you aren't a beach guy.

San Francisco and Los Angeles are both incredible cities in different ways. San Diego is a nice place to shut off your brain and relax, but its not a real city.
