He completely disappear late in the game, and missed the game winning FT. It was Lebron-esque.

they changed the rules so a 34 year old lebron thats a shell of himself athletically could dominate and put up nearly 30ppg just by bulling his way to the rim and dislodging the defender when hes right under the basket

imagine what a prime physical specimen thats even more athletic/bigger/stronger/faster than that 34 year old EVER WAS would do under these same rules

So you're saying LeBron is the most skilled player in NBA history cause he's dominating with no athleticism?

lebrons still fast in the open court and can still jump... but his half court speed/lateral movement on defense is horrid

even while being a shell of himself athletically hes still very strong and with the rules the way they are he can dislodge guys and just lay it in going 2mph down the lane

He's an inch taller and 20 pounds heavier than 34 year old Kobe but he's averaging more points/rebounds/assists while shooting 10% better from the field.

How was Kobe more skilled? :confusedshrug:

The reason you troll like this is because you know Bran doesn't stand a chance when it comes to actual skill and basketball ability.

You realize hes only 18 years old right? Plus his teammates kept chucking 3's at the end of the game and didn't pass him the ball right?

Too much of you want to discredit teams and not players. Zion will be fine but it's clear he is an 18 year old freshmen.

People thought he could consistently bully his way to every single game. We haven't had a dominant freshmen that bullied guys since Carmelo Anthony, who happens to be a HOF player.

Even if you take away RJ's errant shot selection, Zion has struggle at times with his motor(being 18) and also big athletic lengthy defenders (Hachimara, FSU frontline) He's been predictable enough that good teams can anticipate what he will do.

Still going to be a beast but he reminds me of a shorter Blake Griffin.

I'm an RJ guy but he was bad last night. He has to turn down some of those shots for better ones.

Zion was good but a zone kinda contained him.

I'll chalk that L up as a team missing it's 3rd best player and best perimeter defender except for the beginning of the game.
