I hear you. Broken families, economic inequality, messed up upbringing, oppressions, inefficient systems, sadness, injustice, frustration, buying things we don't want to impress people we don't like, lack of attention to real human needs--there's a whole lot wrong with this world-- and it is difficult to be on top of your moral game with all this darkness around you.

Agreed, I should have worded my premise differently.

I meant to say if you heard gossip/scandals or rumors about others then not to take those to heart until you meet that person face to face. Simple concept---but one I have yet to master.

By the way, Jefferson for jokes I was gonna respond to your other post in regards to zotile accusing u and i of being the same guy, but then I realized that the Prometheus character we made is not insecure/defensive. And I realized that Jefferson is too serious at the moment and Prometheus is self-deprecating and that could cause some fuss up--and we don't want to be responsible in harming him psychologically.

I mean he already got onto my case about me being nanners and LOJ being a bunch of alternative accounts---

Good post OP. I find that I'm very easy to be around and get along with even if someone is a dick. So I always try to base my judgements of a person based on my interaction with them not what others think.

Still good to keep in mind what others say to be a little hesitant.
