View Full Version : Western Conference in the 2014-2015 Playoffs Wasn't Fair for the Spurs...

Remember, the Spurs just came off of the winning end of the most BRUTAL BEATDOWN in NBA FINALS HISTORY against Wade, Ray Allen, Lebron, and Bosh in the 2014 Finals. People on here were saying that they were "the best finals team ever"(Nevermind that they almost lost to Mavericks in the 1st round).

Their reward came in the form of a game 7 loss in the 1st round of the following Post Season against:

Chris Paul
JJ Reddick
Deandre Jordan
Blake Griffin
Jamal Crawford

Let that sink in for minute...

Meanwhile, the leader of the team that got massacred in 2014 got to play an Isaiah Thomas led Celtics team in the first round....

This is one of those things that constantly overlooked but was really fvcked up when you think about it. League didn't care about parity at all back then...

Crazy how San Antonio fans just ate that and didn't say a peep about the obvious inequities. It's because Western Conference fans are just numb to the level competition.

Fast forward....look at the west now.

Once again stacked to the fvcking brim. Props to the players/fans that survived this hell-hole since 2000. Almost two decades of competitive basketball and jockeying for playoff position.

To all of the new western conference fans of basketball...nothing comes easy and nothing is guaranteed...

OP made a thread acting as if it was about the Spurs but it turns out the OP just wanted to whine about Lebron.

Story of her life.
