I think the unanimous answer is africans and those who adhere to what is considered "urban culture" associated with them. I don't think theres a Western city in the world that is majority African that doesn't have a surplus of crime.

:oldlol: :oldlol: That's funny. I'm Indian living in Toronto. I definitely know the entitled Canadian born types and some of them like to get super drunk and rowdy, but for the most part a lot of the Indian people here are pretty chill.

I guess it could also be volume related as BC has shit ton of Indians. Funny to me that they would be the troublemakers though as they aren't like that in Toronto (from what I've seen and experienced being Toronto born). They clearly didn't have the classic Indian upbringing.

The town I'm in had a white supremacy group called The White Wolves, who for a small group, was a huge pain in the ass. Protesting and chanting outside events and stores. Just aggressively being assholes. They seemed to move away a few years back. I think they may have outgrown our small town. I know they had been invited to some national rallies. I've lived in Winnipeg. It's the same there as it would be in Toronto. But in BC it's a whole different level. We have a term for them in Vancouver. We call them Surrey Jacks (https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Surrey%20Jack). They're not very well liked in the lower mainland Vancouver area. They carry this I'm cooler than you, I'm better than you attitude that's super obnoxious. They have a need to always be trendy, even if it doesn't suit them. For example, when Bass Pro Shops hats were trending, the dippers bought into it, killing off the trend. Knowing full well it has nothing to do with their culture. They also have no respect for other people's personal space.

I've been a bouncer for a few years, and common protocol is if a group of 4 or more Surrey Jacks were in line, we had to come up with an excuse to not let them in. A ton of club protocol was there was a capacity requirement for brown guys. It wasn't trying to be racist, it was common that once capacity is primarily Jacks, there was trouble.

Lots of Mexicans in the SD area work in the US and live in Mexico, legal crossing through those ports of entry every day number in the hundreds of thousands (all along the MX/US border). I know this because I had a cousin who worked at a warehouse in the San Diego area and lived in Tijuana. His paycheck went a whole lot further in MX. Downside was that he had to get up really early every morning to be at his job because it could take up to an hour or more to cross the border sometimes...

I suspect that most of the Mexicans who make it all the way up to Canada are more educated and get there legally...my brother had a buddy that moved from MX to Canada legally, he was a college grad, spoke English and came from an upper middle class background. He even hooked up with a Canadian chick but he's planning to move back to Mexico and start his own business. Most of the people who cross illegaly into the US are from rural areas, have very little skills and add to that the language barrier, obviously they won't be competing for aeronautical engineering gigs at Lockheed Martin.

that's funny... i was watching a youtube video of some white guy who went to one of the poorest cities and sections of india, and he was trolling them trying to find alcohol or desi daru they called it or something. It's like this pretty much everywhere in the US. Even in Florida, the more affluent Latino neighborhoods will primarily be Cubans with a smattering of Venezuelans. I'm sure there might be a few enclaves of upper middle class or wealthy Mexicans residing in Texas or California but not many. You want to see wealthy Mexicans, go to Vail or Aspen during ski season. But those are real Mexicans, not ones living in the US. 98% of Latino neighborhoods in the US will be either poverty, working or lower middle income areas.
