If you order so much as a pack of strings from them they are sending you candy and sending you a follow up email making sure everything is OK. Then they'll call you to see how your purchase has worked out for you and make sure everything is OK.

It's nuts.


Also gotta say carmax. Recently bought a car and although I didn't get it from them (they didn't have the model and year I wanted) they had by far the best customer experience when car shopping. No annoying sales bullsh*t. No games. No taking your keys away, and giving you a fair offer and your trade.
