I was 30 in the mid 2000s.

There are 4 players i can take seriously in this league:

Steph Curry
Joel Embiid
Nikola Jokic
Giannis Antetokounmpo

The rest I just don't care. Okay, I like Kyle Kuzma but that's personal. But real players? These four guys. On my good days maybe Durant. Maybe.

Agreed with everyone on this list.

I was double thinking at Durant for a second but as big of a bitch he is he's just too ****ing good.

Wait a minute. When Lebron and KD who are rivals at the same position were working out together in the offseason a few years back, the reaction was that what they were doing was somehow representative of how soft, weak, and non competitive this era is. Now we find that Kobe and T-Mac, who were clearly rivals in the early 2000s, playing the same position, were working out together 15 years ago at their peaks. Is that somehow a stain on their competitive drive?

Haven’t you realized it’s only bad if LeBron does it?

Did LeBron and Durant ever compete against each other seriously?

Did LeBron and Durant ever compete against each other seriously? At free-throws, horse, dribbling drills.. nothing really mano e mano.. due to Bran being a beta getting in his feelings. BTW, this was before their primes in regards to Kobe and T-Mac with adidas during their down time.

What's your thoughts on Luka? The kid plays with 'moxie', for lack of a better term.

Haven't watched enough Mavs games to be able to form an opinion. Maybe 3 whole games plus highlights from others and some box scores. He looks nice.

I'm concerned with his speed. I know Bird wasn't very fast either but to me Luka looks even slower. (I'm not sure he is, maybe it's just a relative thing, compared to contemporaries. He looks a bit slow to me. But it's a small sample size.)

I'd like to add Doncic to the list but I'm not qualified to speak on him.

the fact that tmac said "i wasn't keeping score, it was a work out, it wasn't real" leads me to believe the story was accurate

and kobe mocked his ass sayin it was 11-3, laughed in his face, patted him on the shoulder and said "musta been an off night kid"

its not like kobe was using it in a legitimate way. it was a joke and he treated it as such

To me his game looks like it will age well, as it's not really reliant on physical gifts. He's showing a poise beyond his years and experience, of course the real test is how that translates into higher states playoffs. He's one to keep on your radar IMO...

Kobe in that 18-20 year range was alot better than Tmac, not surprising that he would have beaten him at that stage. Playing each other around 2002/2003 would have been much closer to a battle of equals relative to their pre-20 year old encounters.
