Honestly if the trade Beal and Porter...they'd be able to do a quick rebuilding process and would probably be in very good shape in like 3 years when Wall's contract will be entering the last year.
Beal is currently worth a ton on his contract, and if the Wizards were willing to take back some money, Porter would net them quite a bit as well.
The Lakers, for example, if the AD deal doesn't work...likely would pay full value for Beal. Beal fits perfectly next to Lebron and is making less than he's worth for this season and two more.
But it seems like they won't.

I think I remember saying something like "Wall is the Wizards next Arenas, huge contract, never comes close to living up to it".

Quick rebuild?
If they trade Beal and Porter that team has nothing to build around on the current roster.
You can't count on unknowns to say they could do a quick rebuild.
