It's really not that impressive, but they're obviously worse without him. That speaks to his impact on defense and transition offense. Guys turn to chuckers without him on the court.

Then also check to see if the Lakers even have a winning record WITH him.

Lonzo Ball is easily the most underrated rookie from last year and a future All-Star. He's already a top 10 perimeter defender and that may be underselling it.

he has great intangible impact. look at thier defense right now giving up 140... that aint happening with lonzo.

His style goes beyond box scores just like Kidd.

Probably the most important player on this team, at least when utilized properly

He truly makes the players around him better while playing great defense

Can't say that about anyone else in that roster

Never understood the hate, anyone that actually watches him knows that he's a high impact player like a Jason Kidd - no, not saying he's as good or could ever be as good, but it's similar

But of course box score watchers dominate these discussions irl and online so it's whatever but real ballers know his value goes far beyond the box score.
