Didn't Jordan punch Steve Kerr? Didn't Kobe basically run off Shaq and stated he wanted to be "the man".

Funny how time skews reality. Or in this case, an insecure stan trying to paint a false narrative.

Didn't Jordan punch Steve Kerr?

In the end that was for the betterment of the team. Ask Kerr. Jordan knew, he always knew it would be for the good of the team.

Didn't Kobe basically run off Shaq and stated he wanted to be "the man".

In the end Kobe won 2 rings post Shaq and won the Kobe vs Shaq beef. Was for the betterment of the Lakers franchise as a whole.

Hes played for 2 franchises before now. Both won rings. Rondo won a ring as a key player.

Too many losers to choose from for people with hands full of rings to be the biggest cancers.

Elvin Hayes was a total dick....and he won a ring. Kinda removing him from contention too.

the story goes

a) after winning the 2000 championship shaq came into training camp out of shape 3 years in a row and at one point choosing to have surgery on company time because he "got hurt on company time"

b) shaq said "you can't win without me" and they feuded for most of 2004 before kobe basically gave the lakers an ultimatum. shaq was willing to stay for 30 million but jerry couldn't afford both and instead traded shaq

c) kobe then turned around after looking at places in chicago and re signed with the lakers

d) kobe after losing in 2008 shaq made a diss rap about how kobe couldnt do it without him while asking how his a** tasted

e) after winning the 2nd title without shaq in 2010 kobe said "it means i got one more than shaq"

f) during their 1 on 1 interview shaq said "i came in out of shape cause i knew i had a guy that could carry me all year."

g) kobe said "that was the reason it couldn't work out between us"

h) shaq said he tore his house apart when kobe won #5... saying "you got me"

i) shaq also said "after you let me have that allstar mvp trophy for my son i thought... damn...i messed up"

in the end kobe came out ontop and shaq turned out to be the shit disturbing journeyman that burned bridges wherever he went

you can win and still be a cancer... rondo chased off ray allen and rubbed every player/coach the wrong way since then. lebron basically choked 2 gold medals and a bunch of 1st seeds/teammates/rings away

left a franchise in shambles 4 times

both have to make the list

Cancer doesnt allow your team reach its peak performance in history. If the best you ever performed is when you had cancer....and then you turned to shit when it was gone....it probably wasnt cancer.

There's a reason why players didn't want to play with Kobe throughout his career. I know this is an agenda driven thread, but if were being serious he needs to be on it.

yes but he sat most of the 4th quarter in the finals while mourning played to cover for shaqs poor free throw shooting

he barely averaged 13ppg and finished 3rd in heat scoring for the finals behind antoine walker

it was a wade/referee ring. shaq had little to do with it

You just cant find room for a 5 time champion on an all cancer team.

the guys that didn't wanna play with kobe were

- shaq due to both of them being alphas and one being lazy
- smush due to constantly being told how shitty he was... for good reason
- dwight due to wanting to play goofy games and not take things seriously

after the achilles injury you can't really blame kobe for people for not wanting to play with a 1 legged player.

and even dwight was part of that post achilles group

other than those guys nobody really has anything bad to say about the guy. kobe had a ton of ex teammates show up for his last game and jersey retirement

Like it was said in a previous post if we're going to put winners in the all cancer team then you'll need to add quite a few guys.

Let's keep it simple with the most popular players on this site:

1) Kobe Bryant

-Kobe forced his way to a team before he was even drafted pretty much giving the finger to at least 2 other teams in the process.

-known as a selfish ballhog with the most missed shots in NBA history and quite a few cases of photographic evidence of taking shots 1 on 4 or 5 with open teammates.

-called uncoachable by someone most consider one of the greatest if not the greatest coach ever.

-snitched on his teammate to the cops, helping cause a divorce later.

-asked for a public trade when his team wasn't doing well after he had Shaq shipped out of town.

-facilitates the end of a dynasty getting Shaq trade due to being power hungry.

- actually shot his team out of a finals attempting to "be like mike"

- failed twice with 4 allstar teams

- wouldn't ever change how he played to accommodate others and couldn't help the Lakers attract any free agents on the back leg of his career.

Mj

-punched a few teammates in practice to the point they installed curtains to keep the media out.

-known ballhog early in his career. the triangle wasn't just an offense it was also a means to get the ball out of Mj's hands by his coaches.

-wizards Mj couldn't make the playoffs in the weak east.

-got a future allstar traded because of who knows. Perhaps it was fit or the fact Hamilton was young.

- broke the spirit of the lotto pick he selected because he made a mistake.

-gm career. nuff said.

1) Kobe Bryant

he didn't force his way anywhere. he wasn't even a top 10 pick. he worked out for boston. he may have said he wanted to be a laker. who knows. he grew up a laker fan. the hornets got a great starting center in return for a kid who wasn't even good enough at the time to start or average more than 7ppg. the hornets probably assumed they won the trade for a little bit. especially after those air balls. kobe didn't have the clout at the time to demand anything

-known as a selfish ballhog with the most missed shots in NBA history and quite a few cases of photographic evidence of taking shots 1 on 4 or 5 with open teammates.

kobe actually sacrificed every year of his career except for 06 and 07. he led all 5 laker title team in assists and has the 3rd most titles by an assist leader in history. and was the first player with 30k points and 6k assists.

-called uncoachable by someone most consider one of the greatest if not the greatest coach ever.

phil later admitted that his opinions were driven from kobes rape trial and how his daughter was raped and it made him hate kobe as a human being for a long time until they reunited in 2006. then he retracted that statement

-snitched on his teammate to the cops, helping cause a divorce later.

this is like saying nick young a snitch on himself. neither kobe or nick were aware there was a secret recording that would be released to the public

-asked for a public trade when his team wasn't doing well after he had Shaq shipped out of town.

phil told kobe that jerry had said they weren't in a win now attitude because they were waiting on andrew bynum to mature. kobe found out they had passed on trading for jason kidd and it made kobe give management an ultimatum. they were using kobe to sell tickets and ruining his career onpurpose. kobe had every right to demand a trade

-facilitates the end of a dynasty getting Shaq trade due to being power hungry.

now say theres a police informant recording the whole thing. its part of his investigation for a drug bust. he releases the tapes and your buddy gets ousted. you're blamed. you're a snitch!

Told teammates not to talk to him

Got called out by his own coach for being a shit defender

etc. etc.

Kobe is a known rapist who killed many careers. If social media was as big back than as it is now, dude wouldn't be ranked in anyone's top 50, let alone top 15. People hate on LeBron because they need hits. LeBron sneezes and it's on the front page of ESPN and SI. Literally everything LeBron does is magnified 1000x.

The only people who hate on LeBron are losers like Skip Bayless, Rob Parker, Jason "Fat Boy" Whitlock, and Brian Scalabrine.
