I haven't followed your team enough this year to truly assess his impact but from on the outside looking in, he seemed to have turned a corner in his career (being a leader, starting a number of games etc)

That said, Barnes also seems like a tangible upgrade no?

Keeping Shump would keep our locker room strong and heading into the final 30 ish games in my opinion
