I don't care if a workplace is 100% comprised of women or men as long as it's based on merit. When did we abandon all reason to put fallacious concepts like forced quotas and inclusion above meritocracy?

every single personnel problem ive dealt with has involved a female. i work at a large organization with hundreds of people each year i work in a team with for at least a week so my claim is no small claim...

large employers tend to forgo quality hiring practices in order to hire mass employees. talk to the hiring resource manager.

In general women bring more emotional drama to the workplace. It causes internal chaos. The work may be done well, but at the cost of creating a negative environment.
