Nope. We went to rosarito and Ensenada ritually when I was a kid. Been to cabo and cancun. Went to Mexico df recently. But I really need to go to my dads hometown.

the whole tequila (agave plants) may seem cliche but visiting one of those fields is pretty cool, especially if you've taken some shots haha

pro tip: try to find mezcal (also made from agave), it tastes better than tequila.

same here bro. now that i'm 27, i'm realizing i should have spent more time with my father. when i get the chance, i try to talk to him and just absorb as much as i can. i ask him questions about his childhood/being raised in mexico. never talks about it unless me or my bro ask, but he was a badass, riding horses as a younging, herding cattle, hunting/chasing off coyotes with a rifle with his father. probably the most reserved guy i have met, but he has a sweet spot for all of us.
