Rajon Rondo gathered 8 other teammates after the blowout loss to the Pacers. Together in the hotel room they re-watched the Christmas day game & then started talking trash to each other. Next Day Rondo held a practice and the teammates challenged each other to 1v1 2v2 games.

Rajon Rondo is the true leader of that team.

No troll though, was out yesterday with my boy we were talking ball. Mind you this guy is not a Bron hater or anything and absolutely recognizes his greatness. We were talking about the Celtics/Lakers game and he was telling me of Rondo making this play and that play, and he said, "Bron as usual puts up a near 30pt trip dub just by blinking but you know...it looks weird, it's like even though he's putting up these stats every game he just seems disconnected from the rest of his team, the stats didn't come natural. Rondo was out there leading and naturally playmaking in the flow of the game. Impactful leadership and playmaking".

Funny that a dude that doesn't even know what ISH is and has no time for interwebs and just watches ball has pretty much the same opinion as the rest of us that actually watch

LeBron felt he was being too hard on the young guys and the latest trade rumors might have created a separation between himself and them. To remedy the situation, he convinced Rondo to play the, "good cop to his bad cop" so the young guys would think they are siding with Rondo but unwittingly still be following LeBron.

I wouldn't really argue this. Rondo isn't as good as Bron but he's probably a better leader. Especially on this Lakers squad with the group that they have. I think Bron has probably alienated himself from the team a bit with all the trade stuff going on which many of the players probably think he's somewhat responsible for.

I would usually be appalled at such delusionist way of thinking but I'm used to the ways of the Branvestite by now.

Lebron was definitely disconnected from the rest of the team vs the Celtics.

Rondo has been fking amazing for us man. If Lakers weren't retarded, they would include this man for life whether it be coaching or management for a looooong contract.

Most teams need a leader who's been on both sides.

Lakers need to make the playoffs just so Rondo can remind the world for the 3rd year running that he is a playoff god.
