They need to make a move as Anthony Davis isn't a free-agent until 2020.
Kemba Walker is the solution here's why: Given how successful LeBron was with a peak Kyrie Irving, a Kemba Walker is a perfect pairing for a LeBron and the Lakers. Now if we look back during the All-Star draft if you pay close attention: LeBron passed up free-agent Kemba Walker for an already signed player in James Harden (who is obviously the better of the two also).. but I think there's a bit of poker being played here. LeBron knows the value of a guard in todays game and this was a subtle attempt to lower his rank in the free-agent market to acquire him a little cheaper than the max perhaps? LeGM at it again..
Also it is worth noting given that Kemba hasn't had much help obviously in Charlotte (and despite that has lead his team to the playoffs multiple seasons) he's never had the luxury to play with a superstar level player before.. I'd like to see how it would work out.
