I just dont see this team not being top 3 seeded MINIMUM with a Prime Kobe.... AND KUZMA...Ingram...Lonzo.... like jesus christ. Add Rondo off the bench, Kobe would be laughing all the way to a top 3 seed.

You give Kobe a guy that can give you 30 easily + fresh legs to defends.... boy.... 2006 would have been a straight sweep of the West.

He's got a go to scorer in Kuzma.

Lonzo the best PG defender.

Ingram an elite wing defender.

Its fking nuts. And you wouldnt see Kobe taking days off like tonight...

current Kuzma might be the 2nd/3rd best player Kobe's EVER played with. Let that sink in man

Definitely top 4 in west. Maybe top 3.

And Rondo would be the best PG he's played with.

“I almost won an MVP with Smush Parker and Kwame Brown on my team,” Bryant told the Orange County Register. “I was shooting 45 times a game. What was I supposed to do? Pass it to Chris Mihm or Kwame Brown.”

Smush: 11.5ppg, 3.3reb, 3.7apg, 47%fg

Lonzo: 9.9ppg, 5.4reb, 5.3apg, 38%fg

Ingram: 16.9ppg, 3.9reb, 4.0apg, 59%fg

Kwame: 11.9ppg, 7.4reb, 1.5apg, 47%fg

Kobe went 2-17 when the Lakers lost Odom in 2005 which was KOBE'S PRIME..

Kobe also wouldn't have forced a trade to dump zubac for some random shooter. He also wouldn't force ingram to play in a different position.

He would have a team

ball
kobe
ingram
kuz
zu

Lamar was similar to ingram at the same age, but Lamar fell off a lot by the time Kobe got him..

Btw, I don't know why you guys keep posting the Olympic pics, because after 2000 they started sending 2nd tier players, not a full team of top guys like before.

And Kuzma >> any teammate that post-shaq Kobe had outside of Gasol, and that small gap is closing by the second.. Kuzma/Ingram compare to Pau/Odom, and I don't see any rondo, lonzo, hart, pope, lance.. lance would take smush's spot so fast.... hart destroys vujacic, etc

are we talking PRIME 05'-06'ish Kobe?

insinuating he has to be at his pinnacle age to actually deliver?

Or we talking a 34yo equivalence prime Kobe?

2004 Lamar Odom: 17.7ppg, 9.7reb, 4.1 ast, 48%fg

But hey lets not forget, D'antoni/Nash 05-06 era was much MUCH harder to score back then compared to Zo/Ingraham ref treatment. No?

adjusting for modern day inflation

2019: Odom 25, 15, 7 on 60%ts

And yet even with the plethora of talent acquired from Shaq trade....

Still couldn't sniff Pau's Grizzleys or Elton's Clippers in W's :(

JRich/Dunleavy's Warriors were no joke!

17 wins max for KOBE WITH THIS TEAM.. If he is lucky..

If he lost one of his guys he would go 2-17 to finish the season..

Crippled Nash at 40 who missed 50 games? Replaced by the best PG defender in the league.....

WITH RONDO OFF THE BENCH lmfao.

Meanwhile Kobe had a slew of garbage players trying to play point..... Duhon, Xavier, Ramon Sessions (was the starter LOL) at one point.

Posts a bunch of stupid pictures as evidence that he's an idiot
2004 Team USA

Lamar Odom
Carlos Boozer (LeBron's teammate)
Rookie Carmelo
Shawn Marion
Richard Jefferson
Rookie Wade
Rookie LeBron
College Emeka Okafor
Marbury

then

Iverson
Amare 2nd year (who was elite)
Tim Duncan

That team wasn't all that great.. Lamar being on team USA doesn't mean shit tbqh. Ain't like Tyson Chandler is elite because he was on team USA..

Look at the 2016 roster

Draymond
Harrison Barnes
DeAndre Jordan
Kyle Lowry

yeah great accomplishment.. smh :facepalm

How many All-NBA teams does Lamar have? All-Defense? Wait what? Yeah zero. Caron Butler is a nice player but All-Star in the East doesn't mean shit. If it does then according to your logic Mo Williams is elite. Fail.

Kobe was carrying that '06 team to the playoff but once in the playoff, he became much worse.
