Lillard is extremely clutch but also absolutely one of the most overrated players. You can't just count last 6 mins of a game and completely overlook first 42 mins when he tends to be an average player. He also disappears in playoffs every year. :confusedshrug:

Plays questionable defense too.

portland's help is medicore and they consistently make the playoffs with a mid tier seed. Nurkic is actually pretty mediocre on offense and cj is one dimensional.

One more thing Lillard reached the conference final in the Western conference just like Greek and Harden as the lead dog.

Yes, they have won MVP but the MVP award shouldn't count when it comes to deciding whether or not a player is a superstar. Do you consider Steve Nash a superstar? Because he won 2x MVPs ? The man never led a team to a championship let alone a NBA final. So what is your problem with Lillard?

Difference between steph and dame is steph can get numbers as good or better than dame while not monopolizing the ball. Only a few superstars have done this in team systems. Bird, mj, kobe, bron(in miami), kd, curry and kawhi. Probably missing a few. Guys like dame, harden and Luka need the ball constantly in their hands to do this. Bron has played like this also pre and post miami.

I like dame more than steph but steph is definitely the better player.

Yeah beal is this year but harden has been the best for the last few years. Plus beal is on a shit team. 30 ppg on a winning team is way more impressive than doing it on a losing one
